Dara Goldstein is Francis Christopher Oakley Third Century Professor of Russian at Williams College. She is also founding editor of Gastronomica: The Journal of Food and Culture. She will discuss her recent trip to Israel and Palestine, and the way that food can serve as a common ground for cultures in conflict.
