40+@40: Profiles of Apprenticeship Graduates

Erin Justus (2004) and Daryl Wong (2004) started Companion Bakers in Santa Cruz, California, baking and selling organic bread to restaurants and at farmers' markets. Erin is also the 40th anniversary event coordinator.
