Over the years, many Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) members have asked for the recipes that appear in theĀ Field Notes newsletters to be accessible online. Fresh from the Farm & Garden, a cookbook produced by the Friends of the UCSC Farm & Garden, was also developed with UCSC Farm CSA members in mind. It includes over 150 recipes, straightforward cooking tips, and information on crops from apples to yams. Click here for ordering information.
