Recipes by Crop

Over the years, many Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) members have asked for the recipes that appear in the Field Notes newsletters to be accessible online. Some of these are now available as .pdf files (see below). Past collections of Field Notes featuring more recipes are also available in the newsletter archives.

Fresh from the Farm & Garden, a cookbook produced by the Friends of the UCSC Farm & Garden, was also developed with UCSC Farm CSA members in mind. It includes over 150 recipes, straightforward cooking tips, and information on crops from apples to yams. Click here for ordering information.
