Fresh Fruits and Vegetables: A Centerpiece for a Healthy School Environment
These free two-day trainings are designed for school personnel and community partners interested in deepening their skills and understanding of farm-to-school and garden-enhanced nutrition education. Through fun, interactive, and skill-building activities, the workshops provide tools to support increase in the serving and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables on school campuses.
Late winter and spring trainings are scheduled in the following locations:
February 25-26: Chico
February 26-27: San Diego
March 5-6: Modesto
March 7-8: Sonoma
March 12-13: Pomona
April 11-12: Thousand Oaks
