Research
With its blend of social and natural sciences staff, faculty, and students, the Center conducts research in a variety of areas. Topics range from community food security and consumer attitudes toward the food system, to biocontrol options and nutrient management on organic farms. Partners in these research efforts include members of farming, environmental, and community groups interested in sustainable agriculture and food systems.
