1. Please describe your previous experience, if any, in farming
or gardening.
2. Explain your interest in the Apprenticeship, and how this practical
training fits into your future plans.
3. Describe your previous experience, if any, in cooperative living
and working situations. What do you consider to be the advantages
and disadvantages of such arrangements?
4. Briefly describe your recent work experience.
5. Briefly describe your educational background.
6. Please include the names and contact information for two
references. Please send all application materials together. Any
materials received
separately cannot be added to your application packet. An application
fee of $50 must accompany your application in order to be considered.
Checks should be made out to "UC Regents."
To apply: Print out this application form along with the housing addendum and fill them out completely.
Mail four copies of the following: application form, housing addendum, answers to
the six questions, and any supporting material (résumé,
etc.), along with a check for your $50 application fee to:
